Ten displaced intraarticular fractures of the calcaneus were treated by open reduction and internal fixation and bone grart by lateral approach. Patients have been followed for at least 6 month and the results indicate that 80% of the patients
were
relatively symptom free treatment of depressed fracture of the subtalar joint by this method seemed to be a reliable method.
